Hoover is in the Rio Hondo league (Inland Division), CIF has omitted them for years. I also believe Marshall is a new program in the Mission Valley league (Northern division)

Can anyone explain how they restructure the dual divisions?

Blue Book has Hoover included in the Pacific League which is not on the Divisions list.  Thanks for pointing this out.  I've seen Hoover at the Southern Division CIF for the last couple of years.  I now have them included in Rio Hondo League in the Inland Division.

I've gone through the Blue Book (shout out to Jorge for pointing it out to me) to get the new league realignments.  It flips a couple of state qualifiers to different divisions with the realignment of the Valle Vista and Hacienda leagues.  And I now have Marshall included in the Mission Valley league.

I'm not 100% sure about how the conferences (i.e. Raincross & Arrowhead) will split.  They will determine new splits by sport yearly.  Each of these conferences have 3 leagues, but only 2 of those leagues included in the Divisions list.  Someone like panther03 would have better information about Raincross.

So for CIF Individuals, the whole Century Conference is in Central Division. But when it's duals, it gets split up into Crestview and North Hills League? Which schools from the conference are in which league? Wikipedia doesn't offer much help, showing some of the schools in both leagues.

In the Century League, Crestview has Esperanza, Villa Park, Yorba Linda and Canyon.  North Hills has El Dorado, Brea Olinda, Foothill, and El Modena.

Raincross will once again be broken into 3 leagues for duals (Ivy, Sunbelt, Inland) and two leagues for individuals
I don’t have the exact teams for individuals but
Ivy individuals will include Paloma Valley, Temescal Canyon, Hemet, Canyon Springs, Lakeside,Poly, Rancho Verde and 2more schools from the conference, Sunbelt will include 6 schools of which Norte Dame, Heriatge, Moreno Valley and Vista Del Lago is a part of.
The rest of the schools in the conference are
Orange Vista, , North, Valley View, , Elsinore,

Thanks for doing this, gives us all something to analyze and get excited about. A few things, Karson Martin, 285 from Chaparral is a Senior this year, 2nd CIF and state qualifier last season. As well as Ryan Lobato and Elijah Monreal are no longer at Chap. Lobato is at Lakeside and Monreal is at Temescal Canyon.

Could be wrong but I had these guys as juniors last year:

Luis Ramirez (Fountain Valley): 1st Northern Div., 8th SS Masters, 1-2 CA (145)
Lloyd Marshbanks (Magnolia): 5th Central Div. 2-2 SS Masters (195)
Luke Lambarth (Quartz Hill): 3rd Central Div., 2-2 SS Masters (285)

Martin was listed as a senior in the postseason brackets last year.  Thanks for the updates for him and Lobato and Monreal.  I'll make the changes.

All 3 guys were listed as 12th graders last year on the CIF brackets.  But Ramirez was on the CIF brackets as a 10th grader in 2019 and 9th in 2018.  So I know you're correct there.  Marshbanks didn't have a grade on his bracket in 2019 and I didn't find Lambarth that year.  For these two guys, I'll go with what you have and add them to the list.

Thank you both for the input.
