If a wrestler has a leg ride for 2 minutes but does not score would that constitute as stalling?

Are suplex-like mat returns illegal? Will the wrestler give up a point for executing one?

The offensive wrestler doesn't have to score but needs to be working for nearfall.  If, in the official's judgement, the offensive wrestler is working for nearfall, the leg ride could go on for the entire period.  Most likely there would have to be some really close almost 45 degree situations and probably a couple of one counts.  Usually the official will call at least one stalemate if there is not sufficient action.

A suplex is illegal.  A wrestler can lift his opponent in a suplex type of manner but as long as he doesn't "finish" the suplex and does not slam his opponent, it is legal.

Both of these situations are really "had to be there" and could be called either way, depending on the situation.
