Girls Wrestling / La Quinta Beauties R Beasts Tournament

La Quinta High School is once again hosting the Beauties R Beasts Girl's Wrestling Tournament on Tuesday, December 26th. Information is attached.

La Quinta Blackhawk Wrestling is offering tournaments for Boys' Varsity, Boys' JV and Girls' Varsity.
Tom Jenkins Memorial – Saturday, December 2nd, 2017.
16-way Varsity duals w/ each team guaranteed 5 matches. All matches will be a full 6 minutes.
All Desert JV Challenge – Saturday, December 23rd, 2017.
24-man individual tournament
La Quinta Girls’ Tournament – Tuesday, December 26th, 2017.
16-woman individual tournament

Girls Wrestling / Changes in the La Quinta Girls' Tournament

Well folks....I have some not so good news and them some pretty good news.
First we've changed the name of the tournament to The Beauties R Beasts Showdown.
The not so good news is that we've changed the tournament to a one-day only tournament, which will be on Wednesday, December 28th. The cost of the tournament has also changed accordingly to $200/team (10 - 14 athletes) or $25/wrestlers. Attached is a new contract.
The good news: Check out our Medals!!! Pretty snazzy

The tournament is still listed on the TMI Website and registration will handled by TMI as well.

La Quinta Blackhawk Wrestling is offering a Girls' Individual Tournament in conjunction with the La Quinta Desert Duals on Saturday, December 12th, 2015. This will be a 16-woman bracket with individual medals to 3rd place. Registration and bracketing offered by TMI. Cost is $25/Wrestler or $250 for teams of 11-14. La Quinta Blackhawk Wrestling is offer tournaments for every wrestler in your program and all on the same weekend.
Desert Duals – Friday and Saturday, December 11th-12th, 2015.
Varsity and J.V. on the same day, in the same gym. You may enter one or both tournaments. This is a great opportunity for all of your kids to compete at the same event and reduce your transportation costs. We will run eight mats for these tournaments to get through quickly. .
Format: 10-way duals w/ each team guaranteed 8 matches. All matches will be a full 6 minutes.
*** Last two matches will be a 4 man double elimination bracket including the top four wrestlers per weight class.
JV will be strictly duals
Awards: Team trophies for top three teams and Individual medals for top three wrestlers per weight class.
Fees: $350 per team or $600 for both Varsity and JV
Teams already confirmed for the Desert Duals: Servite, Fountain Valley & El Dorado

Cost is $25/Athlete or $250 for teams comprised of 11-14 athletes.
