Ok, I will bite. The difference is anyone can sign a petition, I would venture to guess that at least 1000 of those signatures are stancedance in his grandmothers basement forging his World of Warcraft's friends signatures on the petition. In order to vote you need to provide a name and an address at the polls, or if you have a mail in ballot you need to receive that ballot at your residence. You would know this if you weren't so jaded and if you voted Lawdog.

You must have gotten into the good stuff again. You live in a fantasy land, my friend. Tell your pet unicorn Hi before you take him out flying today. And, wear your helmet.

All I have is the good stuff, and you leave Myla out of this all she does is bring joy and glitter to the world.

Posting on Facebook would be great, I don't know if we run them out or if they run themselves out. There are a lot of louts that come on this forum to promote some kind of agenda, they are around a few years because their son or daughter are involved in the sport. When their kid is done then so are they. Then there are those of us that just love talking about wrestling.

Good news is you can always schedule like Valencia High School of Placentia!  No need to test your kids with any out of town tournaments tougher than big bear classic

Not all programs have such deep pockets, besides we have not been to big bear in years.

I am curious, I know different sections will have different numbers, but assuming that coaches from all over the state frequent this message board maybe we can get a good picture of what the state looks like.

True, any team can become a club. But not every team has an off campus location to practice in if the school district isn't allowing use of the wrestling room.  I'm not in a demographic where I can charge my kids monthly for off campus practices like other clubs that I hear of. I might have 2-3 kids whose parents will drive to another town for club practice, but my other 30 kids are SOL. I really need wrestling moved to orange tier and for the vaccines to start working asap for us to have hope to get a CIF season in.

This is probably true across the board. The competitive gap between the top tier kids and the rest is going to be YUGE for a couple of years going forward.

That gap was always there, The kids that want to get better will do the extra to get better, the other 90% that started wrestling in HS will make it work. 99% in the southern section.

A terrible loss for CA wrestling. Will always remember his foot sweep/stomp.

Rick Gabin

Oh you mean when he kicked you in the shin as hard as he could.

Sorry Law dog but you are misinformed, CIF suspended rule 600-605 for the time being because then it would create two cohorts for athletes that play club and HS sports, for the time being they got to pick one. This goes for multi sport athletes as well, you cant play two sports in the same season.
